Shipping Policy

In most cases, orders placed before 3pm PST will be shipped same business day but please allow for 1-2 days of processing time. All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise upgraded accordingly. Please reach out to cakepopbox@gmail.com to add insurance or upgrade shipping (additional fees apply). Once an item is shipped, we cannot be responsible for any actions of the shipper including tracking or delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. In no event shall we be responsible for product replacement. 


Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to food safety & other regulations, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind. In no event shall a refund or credit be provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
