How to Place an Order
  • Select the quantity/sheet count you would like to purchase and the size you would like your images cut, if applicable.
  • After placing your order, email your images to cakepopbox@gmail.com.
  • In your email, please include:
    • Your order number in the subject line
    • Desired shape
    • Desired size
    • Quantity needed
    • Any other important instructions for your images
 
Pickup Orders – Please Allow at Least 48 Hours
All edible image pickup orders require a minimum of 48 hours for processing. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
 
CAKEPOPBOX Store Hours:
Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: CLOSED
 
Please keep our store hours and closed days in mind when calculating your pickup timeframe. The 48-hour processing time applies during our normal business days/hours.
 
Image Sizing
Our standard recommended sizes are:
  • 2" – Great for Oreos (made in a mold) and apples
  • 1.75" – Great for dipped Oreos
  • 1.5" – Great for disc-shaped cake pops (large/blue DaisyMakes) and other smaller treats
  • 1.25" - Great for berries and other small desserts including medium/purple DaisyMakes.
The number of images that fit on a sheet will depend on the selected image size and shape.
 
Icing Sheets
White Icing Sheets are our standard edible sugar sheets and are our most popular and highly recommended option. They are easy to work with and beginner-friendly.
 
Cutting Services
Icing Sheets or Flex Sheets can be professionally cut into the following circle sizes:
  • 1" Circles (+$8): 48 per page
  • 1.5" Circles (+$4): 24 per page
  • 2" Circles (+$3): 12 per page
  • 2.5" Circles (+$3): 9 per page
  • 3" Circles (+$2): 6 per page
 
Edible Image Care Instructions
Keep your edible images completely sealed in an airtight container or zip-top bag at all times until you are ready to use them. Icing sheets must remain sealed to stay fresh and prevent them from drying out.
Do not refrigerate or freeze edible images. Store them at room temperature and away from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. When properly stored and protected from open air, icing sheets can last up to one year. When you're ready to use your images, use a VERY small amount of edible glue to adhere them to your treats. A little goes a long way! Avoid touching the printed surface with wet or damp hands. Moisture can cause the edible ink to smear. If your images are stacked, always make sure they are facing the same direction. Placing printed surfaces against one another may cause the images to stick together.
 
Please Note All edible image sales are final once your order has been printed. Due to the custom nature of edible images, we cannot offer refunds or credits after printing.
For shipped orders, CAKEPOPBOX cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or other shipping issues once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Never refrigerate or freeze sheets or images and always keep from excessive heat. If stored properly in room temperature without any exposure to open air, your sheets can last up to a year. 


    When you're ready to use your sheets, use a VERY small amount of any type of edible glue to adhere your images. A little goes a long way! if you use to much glue your images will smear.

    Please note, if you get the front of your images wet or if your hands are moist as your working with your sheets then the ink will smear. Always make sure you images are facing the same direction if stacked, otherwise they will stick together. 

  • Turnaround Time & Shipping Information

    All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail or can be upgraded to priority mail upon request. 

  • Return/Exchange Policy

    All sales are final once printed. I cannot offer any refunds or credits. I unfortunately can't be liable for USPS delays of any type.
